About
I’m Dušan Stranatić. I live in Berlin, and I’ve spent more than a decade on the unglamorous side of building products: planning rhythms, risk and incident processes, and status that stays current without anyone chasing it. I started in IT service management at IBM, then ran technical programs at Fyber, Zalando and Taxfix.
Whatever the tool, I end up building the same thing: one source of truth and a cadence around it. At Zalando that meant wiring program spreadsheets into a live portfolio view for leadership. At Taxfix it meant a Notion-native delivery system, which Notion later featured in a customer story, and charts that helped cut unplanned engineering work from 33% to 22% in a quarter.
Lately I pair those systems with AI agents that take over the recurring parts: digests, follow-ups, research. I help founders and small teams do the same. Methods I lean on: Lean Six Sigma, ITIL-style incident and change practice, and product development processes that teams actually follow.
